MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I am Ken McAndrew. I have spent nearly two decades helping business owners and leaders improve the performance of their business, either in preparation for investment or in a post transaction scenario. As a former managing director in FTI’s corporate finance team I have a strong understanding of the M&A industry and have seen the whole spectrum of what good and bad looks like when it comes to growing and exiting a business.
Throughout my career I was struck by how often M&A processes ended up in failure, causing commercial loss as well as far reaching and unnecessary pain for all involved. And so Camigo was founded - on a mission to help business owners prepare their business for a successful equity event, ensuring they get the right value for their life’s work, while at the same time experiencing a smooth transition for their business, with limited stress and a positive outcome for all involved.
The name Camigo is a combination of 2 words "camino" and "amigo", both of which speak to heart of how I want to work with clients. On the pathway (camino) to a successful exit, I want to be your trusted partner (amigo).
